Annie’s Journey: How Shelters and Rescues Work Together to Save Lives

When Annie was picked up and brought to a local shelter, she immediately began delivering her puppies. The shelter environment can be a chaotic and stressful place, especially for a new mom trying to care for her babies. Knowing this, our team jumped into action. Thanks to a close working relationship with the shelter, we were able to intervene quickly and move Annie and her newborn pups into a calm and loving foster home.

The Importance of Collaboration

Thanks to the dedication of our team and partners, all of Annie’s puppies and Annie herself have now been adopted into loving homes. This is what rescue work is all about — giving animals like Annie the chance to not just survive, but to thrive and find families who will love them.
